Hi all..I have been working out for 6 days and eating healthy and I lost 3.5lbs..is that good?? I want to lose 20 more. .I'm at 149 today..I don't care much about the scale I need to tone up and lose my love handles. .what's your secret? ?..
That's really good! I prefer using tape measurements though. I only go to the scale if I know I did horribly. Other than that keep up the good work
