Need a guide for losing weight

I'm 17, and I weigh 158 lbs. I have a decent amount of belly fat and I need to lose it. Can someone make me a guide to lose it?

Do baby steps like drinking 3 liters of water per day and u should take care of what u eat try to avoid fried stuff go for grilled chicken or fish for lunch and eat yogurt alot it will help u lose belly fats greek yogurt is great and dont eat before u sleep its a big mistake and do cardio 6 times a week or 5 and dont stress on urself go slowly and u will see results its all about the will No sweat No Gain :) good luck
