Does Zumba help

I do Zumba 6 days a week and I enjoy it because I love dancing. But im losing weight very slowly. My body is too stubborn. What should I do to lose weight faster?

Depending on how long you do it and what you eat

I do zumba for 45 mins mostly and sometimes 30-35 mins. I eat regular home made food. Stopped eating junk food and eat salads or fruits for dinner.

Well that sounds like you are doing everything right but its great if you are toning if thats what you want

Fruits for dinner is a no. Instead have a small salad with chicken breast...fruits contain sugar...carbs...youre supossed to take that either at breakfast or lunch,but avoid them at dinner
