Losing baby weight

I just had my son in March and I would like to get back in shape and lose weight even though I weigh less now than before in got pregnant I would like to keep it off and lose more. What are some good exercises to get rid of belly and thigh fat?

Hey, I think full body workouts like cardio are perfect for losing body fat. To target your thighs you may want to try squat type workouts and you can also do these with weights. Try searching skimble for exercises that target particular muscles, im sure you'll find something you like. Good luck :-)

I also just had a baby. Start with yoga and some cardio. Once that's a breeze, start incorporating some weight lifting sessions and some regular old school crunches and squats....you'll get where you want to be. You also must eat healthy and limit alcohol.
