It's May 1st and my goals for this month are:
Work out 5-6 days a week
Train for the color run in July
Lose as much weight as my body is willing
Feel healthy and sexy
Smile more!

May goal: lose 20 lbs. Get my body in shape for Tough Mudder and Color Run. Get my six pack back. Work out 6 DAYS a week. Keep working on not smoking!

Sounds like a plan. Have 2 kids and havent had an exercise routine since high school. Lol

My goal is 10lbs (149 to 139lbs or 67 to 63.5kg) this month and work my abs and arms. Eat healthy and i want to eat vegies and fruit i've never taste !! Pardon my english

Goal: workout at least three times a week and go for walks the other days.  Cut out soda.   Lose 10 lbs- would like more but let's not set up for failure! And get my protein morning shake in every morning - using profit!

I'm 18 and at the moment I weigh 182 and I want to go back to my freshman weight:165. That's 17 pounds. If I lose 2-3 lbs a week I'll reach my goal by July 1st!

My goal for May is 7lb weight loss. But I would be happy to tone up my tum and my thighs.

I am a little late joining but I just started getting back on track to lose weight on the 5th- I weighed 172, I was 169.6 this morning. I'd love to see the 150s by the end of the month.

Just because you lost your way, it doesn't mean you've failed. You only fail if you can't get back up and overcome the challenges you're facing. Keep trying and don't give up completely just yet!

At the beginning of my weight logs journey i was 232. I am now 217 and have plateaued because ive started adding heaving weight lifting. My goal is to weigh 190 by the end of summer. But my ultimate goal is 130.
