My goal is to loose at least 15 pounds in May.
My goal is 10lbs (149 to 139lbs or 67 to 63.5kg) this month and work my abs and arms. Eat healthy and i want to eat vegies and fruit i've never taste !! Pardon my english
What are some of y'alls favorite workouts on here? Are any of you Pro?
Goal: workout at least three times a week and go for walks the other days. Cut out soda. Lose 10 lbs- would like more but let's not set up for failure! And get my protein morning shake in every morning - using profit!

I'm 18 and at the moment I weigh 182 and I want to go back to my freshman weight:165. That's 17 pounds. If I lose 2-3 lbs a week I'll reach my goal by July 1st!

I am a little late joining but I just started getting back on track to lose weight on the 5th- I weighed 172, I was 169.6 this morning. I'd love to see the 150s by the end of the month.

At the beginning of my weight logs journey i was 232. I am now 217 and have plateaued because ive started adding heaving weight lifting. My goal is to weigh 190 by the end of summer. But my ultimate goal is 130.
