Has anyone had success with paleo diet? Or anyone hear of primal blueprint?
I have several friends on paleo diet and they love it. Some of the diet and lifestyle changes are to extreme for me.
However, I do love to gather my own berries and greens, walking barefooted in the park, and even switched my shampoo to clay.
I've done a lot of research on the diet and the positive health benefits. I'm always trying to beat the heredity factor of chronic illness, (heart disease, diabetes, cancers, etc)that runs on both sides of my family. So I'm thinking about looking into this diet again.
