At 200, want to be 180. Tips?
Me and my friend both are just about the same size and we've been wondering what the fastest way to drop 20 pounds and to tone up is? So far our routine is:
Running a mile (increasing every week)
Benching 1 max set of 6(increasing reps)
Benching 2 smaller sets of 10(increasing reps)
Curling 1 max set (increasing rep/weight)
Curling 2 smaller sets of 20
2 minutes of sit ups
Max push ups (increasing #)
What things should we change? What should we keep? Our main focus is to try and keep the running our number 1 priority.
What should our diet consist of? The past month I've been pretty bad, but it wouldn't take too much to get in a good, healthy routine again. What are your recommendations?
