So guys i know that this is boring "already has been" topic but i really need your help. I want to lose about 6 kgs till summer but the problem is that i cant do almost any workouts except running. I was thinking to do hiit running 4 times a week every night. But what sould i eat during day and before and after running? And is my goal even possible?

•You do not have to look at the weight, because when you work out you build muscles. And muscles weights MORE than fat! ;) •Eat healthy and don't starve. Eat until you are saturate. :)
