I'd say the gym. Much much more motivation to workout at the gym than at home.
Personally experienced this.

P.S. wait a bit. You will get replies. No need to throw a hissy fit.

I like home gym, I can workout anytime without having to drive but gym has better equipment.

Before i would certainly said gym and i did it.now having 2 children i can not afford it and i work out at home and it is very ok,i find enough motivation.i walk a lot and i add strenght workouts at home ( i hope i will soon be able to run, now too hard for me) i economy time and money but in my case the biggest problem is time as i also work full time. Only disadvantage for exercising at home-i can not jump as hard as i wish, kind of a burpees,etc....because of neighbours, family, limited space. But if you find good workouts -why not at home? On the other hand i loved gyms because of socialisation with ppl,i used to go there with friends,we went to yoga classes etc, after did cardios and other, then spa....it was wonderfol but it took half a day,if after job,i arrived home very late but happy.make your best choice for you!

I don't go to the gym. I'm just doing bodyweight exercises at home and I'm having great results.

What are the major exercises u do at home?
06 May
Push-ups, sit-ups and pull-ups, Each with different variations.

I'd say whichever you will do. So either! I've lost 85 pounds entirely at home.

That's an achievement

Gym is always better, with all the tools and trainers you might not have at home. However, well, you pay for it. And this often becomes the reason when people are lazy to workout, they tend to say I can't afford the gym. Workout at home is free, and you can do it anytime. This also suits people who are not comfortable workingout in public, such as gym. So, when you can't go to the gym for any reason, don't lose it. Home is not a bad choice compared to the risk of sedentary life.

Sorry for not giving my opinion earlier. Yes, weightloss can be achieved by workout at home! :)

I personally feel that gym is a better option even though home is not all that bad but still at home we often tend to miss our routine and there is lack of determination.. Where as in gym you see people reaching their goals you tend to feel motivated [ i say to my self if she can do i can also do] we say practice makes u perfect but to b perfect we require perfect practice lol!!
