I've been working out 3 days a week and cutting calories for almost 3 months and I haven't lost anything, seems like I'm gaining. Between the gym and this workout trainer I'm not having any luck. Anyone else going through this?

Didn't mean to offend you but there is so much more to the puzzle. I hope you're still working out.
