I have worked hard to lose weight over the last 9 months. I've quit soda and eat basically clean. I've lost 85 pounds so far. The problem I'm having lately is with my sweet tooth. I seem to constantly crave sugar! Any advice on how to stop this or natural alternatives to try? This wasn't a problem until about 2 months ago. Really frustrating.
Congrats on the weight loss. U have a MAJOR sweet tooth. I chew flavored bubble gum or chewing gum like a kid. If that doesn't work I may have a fun size of chocolate or something like a jolly rancher
