I have worked hard to lose weight over the last 9 months. I've quit soda and eat basically clean. I've lost 85 pounds so far. The problem I'm having lately is with my sweet tooth. I seem to constantly crave sugar! Any advice on how to stop this or natural alternatives to try? This wasn't a problem until about 2 months ago. Really frustrating.

Frozen yogurt is my trick or extra dark (75% or higher) chocolate bars and I only eat one bite

Congrats on the weight loss. U have a MAJOR sweet tooth. I chew flavored bubble gum or chewing gum like a kid. If that doesn't work I may have a fun size of chocolate or something like a jolly rancher

Put frozen bananas in the blender and it has the same consistency has ice cream! You can add peanut butter too or chocolate flavored protein powder

Try fresh fruit or sugar free hard candy. I'm a big sugarholic and using these two tricks I gave up the Ben and Jerry's and cake. Good luck!
