Gaining weight?

So I started to eat clean and work out almost every day. I started off around 127lbs and 5 ft 2. But now I got on the scale it says I'm 131?? I know muscle weighs more but I don't think that should happen in 14 days. What's going on?

I'm drinking water only , I've cut down on carbs and sugar.

That happened to me! I'm same height aswell. Could be water, or your body is just adjusting

A plague upon scales!

Remember that weight is just one of many ways to measure your progress, and on its own can be very misleading. As you rightly say, muscle weighs more. Bet you feel fitter and healthier right? Let that be your guide and avoid the scales for a while.

Probably water or undigested food.
Remember only to weigh yourself in the morning after you went to the toilet and before you drink any water.

Do this 3-4 times a week and Pick the higest or lowest number you get as your current weight.

Or messure your weist once every week or other week. Works good to :)

Its muslce, and its natural. Some oeople just gain muscle better than most. If you want to decrease muscle mass, start doing long distance cardio or ristance training
