Flat stomach in 1month?

Is it possible to have a flat stomach in just 1 month?? If it is possible how?? What exercise should i do?

Depends what your stomach is like now, you can train to your own ability and gain results. From the first session a change will happen, not visually but muscle structually. I train with a fighter and do some intense crunches, along with hanging leg lifts. But you won't go wrong with crunches, start off low numbers and build up and feel the burn. Don't strain yourself too much though. And good luck :-)

Just try to eat healthy and do much running or other cardio such as; Powerwalk (outside), Treadmill, Crosstrainer, Sit-up's, Mountain Climbers (an exercise, YouTube it if you don't know how to do it) and just a lot other slow workouts :) follow me if you want some more hints :) Sincerely Adde
