For one person mash up 1/2 a banana and 1 egg.. it is a little plain so put some natural peanut butter or maple syrup. ITS SO GOOD!
I made yummy healthy pancakes this morning low carb
2 tbsp coconut oil
1/4 cup water
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup almond flour
It calls for 2 tbsp of coconut oil but I'd use one since it's so high in fat easy to make and so yum ..i used a tsp of agave syrup and it was amazing ..this makes 4 pancakes.
Mmmm sounds delish! Ill try it out soon!
