I'm 185pounds now and want to be 110pounds. I'm losing weight but my belly is not getting much smaller! :-( I've lost 55pounds already but you can't tell. HELP PLEASE! Idk what to do! :'(
It depends on your gens, were at your body you lose fat first. You just have to continue and sooner or later, you'll lose that belly. Training the muscles in that area won't help, it will just make your belly look bigger.
Workout 5x per week, cardio 3days & strength training 2days, I used herbalife to my meal plan! It works ;0) 189 to 162.
