Great food to lose weight.

I'm new at this skimble app so I don't know all the workouts, so I'm just doing 5 to 20 minutes cardio sometimes twice a day. But my question is, what should I eat after a workout in order to lose weight but also remain full for a long time. If there is such a thing.

There is no food to lose weight. Just eat healthy foods that don't have much calories. And btw cardio workouts have to be long to be effective so 5 minutes are not enough.

I've heard that garlic helps you lose weight fast. But I don't know if it's just a myth. Right I completely agree with you. I said cardio but it's the 7 minute scientific workout. I want to do that twice a day if I can't go to the gym or not working.
