Hi guys im wanting to know if anyone else is actually doing this to gain weight? I am a petite 39kg and going down hill.... i should be 50 kg..im hoping with drinking lots of water and eating 3 meals plus exersise might get me on the right track has this worked for anyone else?
You have to eat many carbs and protein and do strength workouts.
Eat eat and eat some more! Try to eat quality foods if possible, spread throughout the day. Chicken breasts are your friend! If you can only find time to snack make some oat and protein cookies to nibble on and if you can tolerate it a glass of milk in the evening with extra milk powder to enrichen it. Good luck
I am roughly 5ft 2... I am very little...lol but I should be at least 50kg going by the doc :)
