Hello. I'm pretty new to this skimble app and have decides for my New Years Resolution I WILL complete 3 goals in 2013.
1.) Eat healthier.
2.) Excercise everyday.
3.) Lose up to 2-3 pants sizes.

Soooo, I'm looking for people that are motivators, advice givers, and challengers just as dedicated as I am.
I'll do the same if you'd like help.

My first health goal is simple: Go from 138lbs to 115-120.
No matter what I do, I can't lose it. :/

Hi there, it's my 1st day on the site & I am trying to get motivated and would luv a workout buddy. I am starting a new job in a few months and want to shed the extra weight that has crept up. My goals are:
- increase my energy levels & motivation
- loose 20-30lbs (9-14kgs)

So if you want someone to be accountable to, encouraging & supportive, please reciprocate :)

I'm joining you guys!:-):-) My goal is loosing 15 kg's and getting more energy and happiness in life. Currently I have started my new study: Food and health sciences. I would like to apply it on my own lifestyle :) Just bought new running shoes and oufit and did my first work out. I hope I stay motivated! Good luck you too!

Yes, u can. U just didn't found yet the proper way. For me it was by cutting out the bread,sugar and fats. My sister is losing 10kg on month with a protein based diet. If u think I can help u, ring a bell:)

Hi, I would recommend you also use myfitnesspal.  It is a smartphone app but also online at myfitnesspal.com, it helps you manage and track you exercise and diet.  I'm jim4sparks on their if you join and want additional support.  I wish this app worked in sync with that one.
