Need help planning workout routine. So I want to mix up muscle groups im a day's workout. What would the best combination . Like chest + shoulder+tricep?
I like to switch it up. Usually I do chest and tri's, back and bi's, shoulders and traps, legs and core, but if you think about it, you work your tri's with the chest, your bi's with your back and so on.
