Need help planning workout routine. So I want to mix up muscle groups im a day's workout. What would the best combination . Like chest + shoulder+tricep?

I do something like that. Chest, shoulders, triceps- Hiit- back, bicep- Hiit- legs, back- rest an change every4th week to chest, back- Hiit- shoulders,bi,tri-Hiit- legs, back-rest

This is a good workout routine and when you stick with it, you'll great results.

I like to switch it up. Usually I do chest and tri's, back and bi's, shoulders and traps, legs and core, but if you think about it, you work your tri's with the chest, your bi's with your back and so on. So by the time you get to the second body part, you can't isolate it as hard. Mix it up by using muscles that don't work in conjunction with each other. Back and tri's on the same day, for instance
