Food weakness

I try so hard to eat clean everyday. Sometimes I am faced with those certain foods I just can't resist even though they're not always good for me. Lightly buttered popcorn, cereal, turkey dogs, moose track frozen yogurt, and cheese are my naughty indulgences. What kind of foods do you find hard to resist?

Juice plus shakes are amazing i have the same problem sherrelle.juiceplus.com it's nice having something sweet that is actually good for you while clean eating and whole food nutrients

Sno cones!!! I never skip sno cone Sunday cheat day. I look forward to it all week. Nvm take that back, skipped it this week, cuz I went to a birthday party and ate 3 slices of pizza and then felt guilty abt it ( even tho it was a cheat day) , but everything in moderation!
