So, could someone responsibly yes responsibly tell me how many calories could one burn after a Fat Burner Deluxe session?

It's going to depend on how much or how hard you work that workout! Really going to be based on your heart rate so any guess we give well be just that, a guess!

Oh no do not be like that. By saying responsibly, i do not mean a completely exact answer. Ι do understand the complicity of that. But couldnt you please -im begging you- give me a number? I am 56kgs if that matters somehow.

What does the workout tell you? Ideally you're going to burn somewhere between 225-400 calories but that's going to depend on how hard you worked because if you half ass it you could burn less!

Yes it does sis! Why dont you try workout? First you enter those 56 kg in app and then it activates calculator. After workout you would know...
