Help guys! been going to gym for 3 weeks now but still haven't seen any difference, still got belly fat

Everyone is different and it may just take more time to see a change but how about how you feel? Energy? Endurance?

Hi Xofie. Great you've been working out. Please don't be bummed by your results. First, depending on your workouts, you May be adding muscle which won't make you lighter but will reshape you (hopefully in a way you like)! Another though is to look at your diet and consider reducing your calories for awhile. Finally, like Tranisha says, we are all different but if you stay with it you can hit your goals. Best of luck!
