anyone know the quickest way to burn off your calories ? I've tried the basics , but I want to know the way with the fastest results !

Try swimming... I swim loads at a competitive level but it burns shed loads of calories and is pretty easy as long as you can actually swim :P

HIIT(high intensity interval training) workout,  any prolonged cardio activities and having a lower % body fat(muscle burns more calories) by weight training.
