Im new to meal prepping and I just started this new 6week diet to get in shape for summer May 13th so I have about 3 more weeks left and I want to know if anyone has any meal prep ideas that doesn't consist of me eating rice, bread, or pasta advice needed.
Have you tried Weight watchers? I like their plan because it's not really a 'plan' . They teach you how to make healthier eating decisions. The important thing for me to remember is to make half my plate fruits/veggies. So for me, it's easiest if I buy the Green Giant frozen veggies and individually wrapped salmon to take for lunch a couple days a week. Otherwise, you can make about 4-5 chicken breasts, put 1 in a Tupperware with a side (I.e. salad) and just make enough for the rest of the week. That way all you have to do is grab it and go. Also keep plenty of fruit around so that when you are in a bind, you can easily grab it so you don't slip up. I hope this helps you!
