So I just had my daughter 3 weeks ago and I got cleared by my doctor to start working out again.. Does anyone know some good and effective workouts?

And also, some healthy recipes, and foods that I should start eating and foods I should stay away from?

For foods, all I have to say is stay away from sugar! But eat lots of healthy fats. Fat is not the enemy, sugar is. I dont mean fats like deep fried greasy fast food fat. Natural fats that are in plain unsweetened yogurt, nuts, milk... etc. :) Cheat days are allowed but dont go crazy, and remember to keep up with a daily workout to balance. And water is important too!
