For foods, all I have to say is stay away from sugar! But eat lots of healthy fats. Fat is not the enemy, sugar is. I dont mean fats like deep fried greasy fast food fat. Natural fats that are in plain unsweetened yogurt, nuts, milk... etc. :) Cheat days are allowed but dont go crazy, and remember to keep up with a daily workout to balance. And water is important too!
