So here's my issue. All of the menu plans I read are like "hey, you wanna eat healthy? Eat this stuff!" But I don't care for 3/4 of what they tell me to eat... I don't like eggs, fish, avocados, etc. So what can I eat to help me eat healthy?
Secondly, I work 50 hours a week in 10 hour shifts so I'm up early and I'm to bed late. A lot of "healthy food" requires that I cook it ahead of time. I don't really want to do that when I get home at 11pm. So with my semi-picky state in mind, are there any foods o can essentially grab and go? I know salads but those get old quick :/
