Toned/slim legs please!

Hi, I am a pear shape so although I have a skinny waist, I carry weight in my legs! I used to do squats but realised this was just making me put on muscle weight in my legs. I'd love to have slim legs, any exercise or food tips? Thanks

Squads, sit ups, jumping squads would really help u to get slim legs...

If you don't train your legs or even tone then they will show signs of being loose (not toned) etc. Stick to bodyweight exercises and lay of the heavy squats do them with light weight though, lunges, wall sits, air squats, step ups. Hope this helps!

Hi, I just created a workout called: "Legs N Shape" I've been using it for 5 days now and it feels awesome! I understand what you say about slimming your legs! I'm also working my legs like a maniac... :-) Go check out my workout is on my page. I'm in love with it!!♡ haha PS: I'm working on a new workout to mix it with that routine, you will like it too... is all about the sexy legs, right!! Good luck! Don't give up!!
