I'm 5'4" and was weighing 160lbs in January of this year. Now I'm at 129lbs. My goal is 115lbs. Almost there, yay!!!!!! What's your weight goal. Let's motivate each other. If I can do it anyone can.
Well first of all I started walking/jogging. A LOT. Started out doing short distances then worked up to about 10 miles 5 times a week. Also began to change my diet. No longer eating out as much and no sugary drinks. Only water. I started watching YouTube workout videos and following along also about 5 times per week. For about 30 min to an hour each day. Just stay focused and motivated. whenever I ended up eating fatty foods(more often than I'd like) I made up for it by running an extra mile or doing an extra 30 minutes of exercise. It's hard sometimes but very worth it as I am already seeing great results.
