I dont want to go to the gym, i want to exercise at home and i need advice on exercises to get abs and lose fat. The latter mostly. I got like 20% fat and i gotta lose it fast.

Well firt of all you need to loose some of that fat and then you could work on your abs and so on

Have you tried p90x? Its pretty intense

The program says 6 days a week, it gives you a diet plan and what workouts to do each day.. ab ripper is every other day i believe but its amazing and you will get the results, great for someone who likes working out at home

I want to get rid of love handles and fat on my inner thighs. I have lost 70 pounds since September, but I still have a bunch of fat in those areas. Thoughts???

Hmmm... maybe scissor kicks, lunges ( front side and back) and squats... seemed to me when i did lower body i usually felt it inner thigh

I think p90 x is too intense to start out with . If you're like most people and you quit exercising after 2weeks or a month I suggest you start with 15 mins workouts for the first week to build your insurance. Then 30 and so on. If u exhaust yourself with of 90x upfront u may quit for a while again cause it's brutal . They have tons of

Yeah, i am new to exercising. What could you recommend for losing fat around the waist and belly for beginners? I want to focus on losing fat more than building muscle.
