I dont want to go to the gym, i want to exercise at home and i need advice on exercises to get abs and lose fat. The latter mostly. I got like 20% fat and i gotta lose it fast.

The program says 6 days a week, it gives you a diet plan and what workouts to do each day.. ab ripper is every other day i believe but its amazing and you will get the results, great for someone who likes working out at home

Hmmm... maybe scissor kicks, lunges ( front side and back) and squats... seemed to me when i did lower body i usually felt it inner thigh
I think p90 x is too intense to start out with . If you're like most people and you quit exercising after 2weeks or a month I suggest you start with 15 mins workouts for the first week to build your insurance. Then 30 and so on.
