Since your a woman, you should snack between meals, so breakfast 2-3 hrs later a snack no more than 200 calories. 2-3 hrs later, lunch, 2-3 hrs later, another 200 calorie snack, 2-3 hrs later dinner... do this so your metabolism doesnt stop working

Yes we can...it's been 2 week's and I seriously feel stronger and a little taller.

Down 2 lbs..it's been two weeks. I can feel my tastebuds switching off the bad stuff.  Plus I'm not as tired during work. It's wild...but I'm loving it.

Hi first of all, congrads on your progress!
 Secondly, advice- jogging and/or walking 3 times a week. Low fat diet. No bread, pasta, or white rice. Wholewheat starch foods and lots of vegetables and salad. When i started, i weighed 74kg, I am now 55kg. You can do it! Good luck :)

I always found eating ice helps with snacking, like instead of eating popcorn during a movie eat ice

Super late! But I want to lose 20lbs bu December  !! I'm using MyFitnessPal for 3 weeks now to monitor nutrition intake and calorie number. 
But I need to now incorporate exercise to atleast 3x a week! 
The motivation to do it kills me some days! But I'm ready to go head on strong!
