Hi there I'm Tariq. I am about 5.5" and weigh around 80 kilos. I would like to lose about 15 KGS, with a targeted loss of half kg per week. I've tried googling it and I have read so many conflicting bits of advice. Some say cut carbs, some cut fats, others eat all, etc. So can someone guide me as to what is really the best?

After looking at a ton of different diets I took half of one and ran with it and it has been working, 20 lbs down since the end of april. The diet I choose to do half of was the hcg diet ... not the drops or the pills just the food limitations and types of food and a little pgx for the first couple days till I was used to it.
