I want to know if it is good to run in the morning without eating before?

I'm not a personal trainer or anything,  but I think you should eat lightly before a run. Usually I grab a bar before going out, and when I return I have the rest of my breakfast and lots of water. Exercise needs fuel.

I go running without eating,after i dronk a lot of water an after a while i eat breakfast.i try to avoid a lot of carbs,of corse not always but i do my best.you switch on your metabolism and it is easier to start.i m not sure if it works for very long distances maybe then you need totake somethin...

What would you consider a long distance? I usually run between 5 - 8 km in the morning but I never eat before. Always worry it would make me sick
