Does this app really help you get motivated in your work outs

I guess I'm new too but looking and seeing who does the same workouts as you can give you a boost and you can ask for pointers since they do the same workout. I guess it's the way you want to go about this app.

What you gotta do is follow some people and they will help motivate you and post and talk to people on the forums sometimes no one answers but you got this one of the main things in losing weight is diet and cardio is good to good luck and stick with it if it was easy everyone would be doing it hahaha :)

Hey to follow people you select the persons name or picture. It will bring up their profile and you select "follow" its near the top and in a colored box. I hope this helped. Test it out on mine if ya like.
