Has anybody tried doing Infused water?

I'm on my 5th day. Im mixing up h20 with lime, cucumber, mint & lemon with mint as a starter.

I just made a water. It has 1 cucumber, 1 lemon, 4 limes, and 20 fresh mint leaves in 1 gallon of water. Its pretty acidic. But it helps flush out all of the bad stuff in your system. I drank it for a week straight and I lost 4 lbs. Its not much. But it made me happy. (:

It's when you add herbs, fruit, and sliced veggies into a gallon of water. Then you let the mixture sit for a certain length of time (depending on what combo you're using). That allows the nutrients to infuse the water. This is a great option if you get bored with drinking plain water. Some combinations can help with cleansing the body of toxins.
There is a Kindle book available that gives you recipes for infused water. It's called "Natural Vitamin Water: The Ultimate Recipe Guide"
