what work out to start with on loosing weight

I'm heavy set and want to know what workout I should start with to slim down??

I would start lite by stretching, then start lite with legs and back, go for large muscle groups that will consume lots of energy. And then finishing up with cardio and more stretching. Don't overdue it if your starting out.

Walking made me loose a lot of weight along with some lefting. But must cut down sugary stuff
