Fat burning advice?

i like swimming but i feal like everyone sits and stares at me because im a little chubby. Ive lost weight but its goin kinda slow. Im almost flat chested but i also need a diet plan. Im a verry picky eater. I dont really eat meat or veggies. Ive tryed but they tast horrable. Any ideas of a diet plan and workout plan????

Of your not eating meat or veggies, that can actually cause you nor to lose weight faster. You need to eat vegetables.

Swimming is an awesome TOTAL BODY workout!! For the wondering  eyes... Let them look!! Don't worry about them your doing it for you... not them

You should try the app "myfitnesspal" it helps keep track of all the calories and other nutritional stuff you eat and how many calories you burn from any type of exercise :)
