Guys. Please dont weigh yoursfs each week. Try to do it each month. Because if we weigh ourselfs and dont see the scale going down we loose patientce and start giving up. DONT GIVE UP BE PATIENT BE DETERMINED. AND ALWAYS REMEMBER. SLOW PROGRESS IS BETTER THAN NO PROGRESS. KEEP EXCERCISING AND DIETING. AND STOP WEIGHING YOURSELFS SO FREQUENTLY! YOU DONT NEED A SCALE TO DETERMINE UVE LOST WEIGHT. YOU CAN SEE IT WITH YOUR OWN EYES AND FEEL IT

I struggle with this I am always worried about the number on the scale and get upset when I see it fluctuating so much. Thank you for the help and this comment!

So true!  I've been looking at the scale quite often and getting discouraged.  Am going to stop that....
