Read this somewhere and just wondered if it was true. Anyone know? I have bern doing it and my weight loss has increased a lot but don't know if that is due to the coffee.

It contains caffeine, a stimulant, which increases heart rate and mental alertness but can be bad for the heart if overused. Like everything, moderation is the key!

Thanks. I am trying not to overuse it. Maybe 3 cups a week. It seems to be working though thanks again.
