Does running help you lose weight in the stomach area? And if not, what areas does it help ?

Running at a real good pace will help you lose fat. I run 2 miles every other day. To answer your questions: yes.

Running or any other cardio will help you lose.Don't focus on a particular body part. Try n work your biggest muscles like glutes,hamstrings and quadriceps. I.e., lower body.

Im a half marathon runner and a triathlete, and running is a great way to burn it off, if youre looking to get a flatter stomach run hills that make you drive your knees up high with each step , going hard up the hill and coasting down always staying above a walk will slim you down and tone you up in no time, but remember you only get out of it what you put into it
