Hey everyone ........i want 2 start going to the gym but i cant seem to hav the time in the morning to do it. Would exercising @ night work too? To lose weight.

Doctors says that you sholdn't work out later than 19:00. It is also important to rest and get enough sleep. The best sleep os before 24 :)

Why is not recomended to do exercise at night to lose weight?
I think is correct for this purpose

I feel more confortable excercicing at nigh, it is more peaceful!!

You just have to fit your workouts in where you can. If you find that Night time workouts is what works fore you do it.
