Do squats burn boday fat? Like legs, back, stomach, etc ... Also how many should I do?

Yes they surely they will burn fat and will also make yourbod strong and toned as squat is one of core strentgh exercises

Squats are actually a full body workout but it targets mostly the legs.
To start of. Do as many as you can every night before bed or in the morning. If you feel sore the next day increase your protein consumption
