Hi im new to this & id like some tips on how to lose weight

hi Dany i suggest you to drink lot of water everyday (about 1 litre and a half) exercise frequently (at least 3 times a week) avoid too salted, too sweetened and junk food. Eat at least 5 vegetables and fruits everyday .GOOD LUCK :-)
