How to get rid of my turkey gobbler (aka neck fat)

I have developed some chin/neck fat. Other than overall weight loss is there anything I can do to lose it?

Keeping your head up off the floor when doing ab exercise will help. Its a small change but might help out. If you're not used to it take it slow as to not strain your neck. Hope this helps a little.

Sounds crazy but I've seen a show on late night called how to lose your turkey neck lol I didn't watch it so can't answer your question, but you could look it up and it might help you.
