If I eat a small but very small small portion of an unhealthy food everyday like I little piece of white bread, or chocolate or just a candy ...etc. Will that compromise or slow down my weight loss??
The key is moderation. Keep your "unhealthy" snacks to a minimum. Try a whole grain bread instead of white and chocolate is good for you. Try to stay away from milk chocolate and stick to the chocolate that is dark. Check out the benefits of dark chocolate on WebMD.com
