I know I'm not overweight but I'm still insecure about my body. I go through changes mostly because of my age. I was underweight at one point and overweight at another. I'm at a healthy weight now. I would just like general tips for gaining abs and a toned butt from anyone willing to help. Thanks guys!
Best bet, squats, planks with lat lifts, Russian squats, 250 rep crunch set, and weighted crunches to name a few. I have a few workout routines like a 3 week to 4 month workout routine that you could do. If ya got another form of contact I'll send it to ya. Breaks down sets, reps, weight, and even meals to eat that day and what to do on off days to keep everything firm. My friend (who's a girl) is about your size and she is still doing my workout I made for her to keep everything tone.
