I need to lose 30 pounds how can I do it anybody help please??

Change of diet and regular exercise. Joining a group can help

Diet and exercise is the only way. Consume about 1800 calories a day of healthy foods. Drink at least 5 or 6 glasses of water a day and do some intense cardio. For weight loss you have to do cardio, so maybe start running or doing jump rope. Let me know if i can help at all. Look at these exercises for some good cardio:


The jump rope is more intense so you might want to build up to that.

Myfitnesspal app, best app ever! It is a pain to do your food dairy everyday but it's worth it...you know how much you put in and plus you know how much nutrients your getting in.

I 2nd this idea. The food you eat is where the biggest life difference is going to be made. It takes getting used to... you really gotta use the tools, like creating meals and new foods catered to what you eat/need. I take the time at first and do the math and create every new food w a serving of 100g and its so much easier to log foods (I use a kitchen scale) MyFitnessPal is really great for seeing patterns in your diet and seeing where a lot of empty calories come from and how you can make some...

Drink lots of water. It makes you have to pee LOTS but it cleans out all the bad toxins from your body :) Also HIIT (high intensity intreval training) will help you lose weight fast.

Stop eating carbohydrates, sugars, and artificial sweeteners. The fat will melt off your body, because you are eating what Mother Nature intended for you to eat. Proteins and fats, avoid other foods.
