Drink lots of water. It makes you have to pee LOTS but it cleans out all the bad toxins from your body :) Also HIIT (high intensity intreval training) will help you lose weight fast.
Stop eating carbohydrates, sugars, and artificial sweeteners. The fat will melt off your body, because you are eating what Mother Nature intended for you to eat. Proteins and fats, avoid other foods.
