How long should I wait ?
How long should I wait to work out after a big breakfast? I had Greek yogurt with blueberries, grapes, 1/4 a grapefruit, acai coconut granola, agave, chia seeds, hemp seeds, sunflower seeds, nuts, cantaloupe slices, honeydew melon slices, dried cherries, one dried plum, one dried fig, and mixed raisins. 1/8 cup of rolled oats mixed with plant based protein Powder, a small spoonful of almond butter, and some extra hot water for consistency. And then I microwaved 3 egg whites and sprinkled cayenne pepper on top of them.... I know I eat a lot in the morning :P
