I really want to get muscle but still burn far without lose any muscle because I'm trying NOT to LOSE anymore weight!

If you don't want to lose more weight stop our at least slow down with the cardio and focus on strength building workouts!

Go for granula bar or oat snacks take maximum carb at starting only

Forget junk health food's..

Natural good foods is and always will be best way forward its kept humans going for 6 million years..30 years of junk health foods itsnt touching evolution!
