Wondering how many of you guys are using body/health monitoring devices like fitbit,jawbone and such.
Did it help you with your goal?
Did you stick to the device say after 2-3 months?
People tend to buy them as shiny new toys and leave when the initial shine rubs off.
I'm about to buy the Polar Loop, anyone have experience with that one?
I'm really curious and I can't wait to see my stats per month etc. :)
I have the fitbit flex and love it have had it since March and it has helped me so much to keep up with my goals and help me meet them. The only thing that I have noticed that I dislike a little is the band's wear out kind of quick but the replacement ones are not bad 25.00 for 3 off Amazon. If you have questions let me know.
Good to know and keep up the good work! Actually these devices are not officially available in India yet maybe apart from fitbit(and it's 200$ here). I'm scared that I would stop using it after three months or so. That's why wasn't too know the general trend.
