Would anyone want to be my 'mentor' or 'trainer's on here??

I need help. And I want to do this right. Is there anyone out there who would want to help me daily with my eating and exercise habits? I've never been fat but I want too be toned and SKINNY. And I want to do it the fastest way possible. I would prefer an experienced female bcuz i kno men and women are different when it comes to losing weight. PLEASE HELP! thank you =)

I am no expert but the tips I can give you is eat at least 4 times a day, and healthy food! Lift weights. I do a different part of the body everyday. Chest Monday, back and shoulders Tuesday, abs Wednesday , arms Thursday and legs Friday. I also work out in the morning, but that all depends on your schedule. I hope this helps, it works for me! :)
